So, we’re working on filling out a dinner set of quieter stuff and more dance infectious tunes for our dance set. Over the last couple of practices, we’ve done the Booker T & the MGs classic instrumental “Green Onions” as well as the iconic dance songs “Twist & Shout” and “Take Me to the River.”...
As the band works its way toward the Bella Vista Social Club gig in late February with new member Ben Nieberg it was fun to get this pop art version of the original sextet.
In our first gig with Ben, we rocked out on the back patio at Cafe Zucchero. Once again, we lucked out on a potentially rainy night playing our full show with just a few drops. The skies opened up on the way home! No pictures or recordings this time, but the memories are sweet!

The Innocent Bystanders are back in the studio practicing it up with Ben Nieberg, subbing for Jeff Slattery. Three long practices this week to get ready for Saturday’s gig at Cafe Zucchero. It’s a private party but you can probably hear us from India Street!
